Last week I spent the afternoon at Harris Academy as part of their enrichment programme, continuing the work I’ve been doing with students over the past year.

We talked about what estate agency really looks like beyond the shopfront — from marketing on portals like Rightmove, to handling enquiries, compliance, client accounts, and the responsibility that comes with managing people’s money.

A strong session and a great reminder that this industry is built on structure, trust, and relationships.
