It is always meaningful to share my journey in property, business and entrepreneurship with young people, particularly when the conversation is centred on identity, resilience and empowerment.

I believe visibility matters when young women see real examples of what is possible, it helps expand what they believe they can achieve.

The discussion was thoughtful, engaging and, I hope, encouraging for the students in the room.
