Ronke Wins Entrepreneur of the Year 2026

I’m still processing Sunday evening.

To be honest, I was genuinely happy just to be a finalist. Being recognised alongside so many outstanding women already felt significant, especially knowing that next month marks one full year since I started running my business.

So when my name was announced as Entrepreneur of the Year 2026 😍, I was completely overwhelmed.

I had not prepared a speech because I truly did not expect to win. For a moment I could hardly take it in, and then the emotion took over I cried. It was a very real moment, because behind that stage moment is a year of hard work, pressure, learning, sacrifice, and determination.

First and foremost, I thank God. There have been many moments where faith carried me through, and this recognition means more than I can easily explain.

Thank you to the organisers of The Power Awards, and especially to Fredi Nwaka ,for creating a platform that recognises and celebrates women making an impact.

Thank you to everyone who voted for me, supported me, and encouraged me.

A special thank you to my mother, Alice Maye, for her prayers, to my children for their patience for believing in me throughout this journey.

This award is deeply appreciated, but more than anything it reminds me that consistency matters, even when the process feels uncertain.

Still shocked. Still grateful. Still focused.
